Healthy Food For Dibetes2

Whenever possible, one should always try to eat food that has been naturally  grown WITHOUT the use of pesticides. The Nutrients from the soil will be a great benefit for a person who suffers from Dibetes2. It does not take very much space to grow healthy food. Below is an example of a Squash Recipe that is very tasty AND healthy.

Baked Squash with “Hot Peppers” 

Zucchini Squash – 3#,diced
Yellow Onions – 2 Large, beaten
Bell Pepper, medium -2, chopped
Egg Whites – 2, beaten
Miracle-Whip -1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp.
Black Pepper – 1/8 tsp.
Jalapeno Peppers – 3, small

Preheat oven to 350F. Simmer in a small amount of water until tender. Drain. Put in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 min.
